Press Feeder

The press feeder is specialized equipment for auto feeding. Our feeders consist of RFS series high-speed roll feeder, NCZ series zigzag servo feeder and NC series servo roll feeder. The applicable scope that material width range from 0.2mm to 10mm and material thickness range from 50mm to 2200mm can satisfy every requirement of metal stamping operations.
 
1.Feeding Speed is up to 20m/min and high-speed model 60m/min.
2.Multi-language operating system and user-friendly operating screen make it easier for the operator to run the equipment. Sophisticated control systems enable straightener-feeders to maximize productivity and save operator time.
3.Phase-style feeding function: it can input 20 groups of different feeding lengths, each group provides punching for 999 times to satisfy the process and production of special products.
4.Individual manual mode: it can set up three manual speeds, which allow easier operation and high-precision feed.
5.High-efficiency release device: it can rapidly set up release angle to match the cam signal on punching machine and to adjust the material thickness.
6.Feeding length setting: input the feeding length on the console directly.
