A press feeder for your dog is a great way to provide your dog with fresh food in the morning. It is also a great way to keep track of what you are feeding your dog because the feeder dispenses a snack at set intervals and usually with the sound of a barking dog. This allows you to know when your dog is getting the right amount of food and the time that you should stop giving him food. Using this type of dog feeder is easy to set up and does not take much time, so here is how to go about setting it up.

 

To begin, you will need to go outdoors and set up a large tarp for cover next to your dog so that you can place the press feeder under it. You should have several large tarp-like pieces laying around your house, so you will have plenty of places to put them once you get into the house. Next, tape each piece to a wall or post. The ones you tape to the walls should be attached to the fence post and the ones you place on the floor should go onto your dog's bed or any other area you want to mark.
