HAIWEI NC servo roll feeder main configurations

 

 

Standard configuration is YASKAWA servo motor+ servo driver, MITSUBISH PLC, SCHNIEDER low voltage components, WEINVIEW HMI etc. OPTIONAL is full set of SIEMENS servo motor, servo driver, PLC, HMI.

 

Servo feeder main feature

a) High precision feeding: Aiming at the arrival of hi-tech industry, it is controlled by computer closed-circuit feedback system. So that the precision can maintain within +/-0.03mm.

b) Phase-style feeding function: It can input 10 groups of different feeding length, each group provides punching for 999 times to satisfy the processing and production of special products.

c) Manual model: It can input 3 phases manual speed, which can let used operate more easily and feed materials more accuracy.

d) High efficiency release device: It can set up release angle quickly, only match cam signal.

e) Feeding length setting: Input feed length on the controller panel directly.

f) Feeding unit: The roll adopts middle-hollow style. Being light and with low inertia for electroplate. The surface hardness HRC is 60 and hard chrome plated.

 

Main OPTIONAL PARTS for HAIWEI NC servo roll feeder

1). Steel support base. It was mainly used to support machine main head, especially for above 500 model, it’s better to equip with steel support base, as it will be heavy of servo feeder above 500 model, it’s safe and convenient to adjust feeder’s pass line height if equipping with steel support base. As it equips with 4 screw rods at base’s four corners which were used to adjust pass line height.

 

 

2). Steel support base with SWL device.

It equips with worm screw lift device, just need to crank the shaft, then it’s convenient to adjust pass line height.

 

 

3). Oil feeder device.

It was used to paint lubrication oil on metal strips so as to reduce mold temperature and improve products quality especially suitable for deep draw products.

 

 

4). Measure roller with extra encoder.

Through measure actual feed length, feedback to control system and compensate the feed length, so as to achieve correcting feeding error and ensure feeding accuracy.

 

Use area and conditions

4.1 When the feeding length is too long, the accumulative error is out of specifications, it can improve feeding accuracy by adding the measure roller device.

4.2 When the progressive dies don’t equip with pilot pins, the feeding error can’t be corrected in each pitch, the feeding error accumulated and caused more high precison requirements.

4.3 Other situation which requires high feeding accuracy.

 

 

5). End material sensor.

It was used to detect the material end and give signal to press to stop as soon as material used up (Image just for reference).
