The Thailand clients bought 2 set 3 in 1 uncoiler straightener feeder from us in May and November in 2018 and use very well, so they ordered the third one in November, now it's arranged shipping today, The goods was loaded directly at our company.

It's mainly used for 0.8-6.0mm thickness metal strips, suitable for high tensile steel, stainless steel, low carbon steel etc. It also equipped with scrap shear and oil lubrication device. So it's convenient to cut coil head and end, replacing hand cut.

The main components are follows: Japan YASKAWA servo motor, MITSUBISHI PLC, servo drive, GTR main motor for decoiler part and pass line height electric adjustment, SMC solenoid valves and pneumatic cylinders etc.
