PRODUCT DETAIL

Characteristic:

  • 1. The power source is a number of independent servo motor, can keep pace with the punch.
  • 2. With the mistakenly delivery detector loop to ensure the safety of mold and machine.
  • 3 .Each axis movement following the motion by the precise ball screw rod, high accuracy in positioning.
  • 4 .The feeding system can adopt 3 in 1 feeder machine .zigzag feeder machine or double stacker ,rotated stacker.
  • 5. Automation production, it strengthen the safety of operation, raise the capacity and have the products in a stable level, reduce the defect rate and cost greatly.
  • 6. We adopt high grade motion controller and touch-type human computer interface control system, you can make sure the monitor angle when operating and abnormal status can be detected from monitor. It is convenient to input, set and modify each parameter by human-computer interface. Maintenance has been simplified.

Brief Introduction:

  • 2D transfer system and 3D transfer system were used to produce hardware in large quantity, products need to be processed in several steps, usually need to be banking, deep drawing, bending, piercing, forming etc, especially used in vehicle metal parts producing.   • 2D transfer system: machine runs in two-dimensional space: X axis and Y axis. It runs 4 action in a circulation: snatch product →horizontal movement →release work piece →return.
  • 3D transfer system: machine runs in three-dimensional space: X axis, Y axis and Z axis. It runs 6 action in a circulation: snatch product →upraise →horizontal movement →come down →release work piece →return.

Machine Main Configurations

  • 1 For mechanical part: It was designed based on process of product and also need to consider no interference to the mould and press etc when at running. It was driven by several servo motor from YASKAWA/PHASE, lead screw and guide way come from HIWIN, TAIWAN, main rod exported from Germany etc
