Advantages Of Dongguan Haiwei's Heavy Duty Decoiler Machines

It’s normal machine of single head decoiler of less than 5T capacity in the market, such as MT-200, MT-300, MT-400, MT-500, MT-600 etc. models, capacity varies from 500kg to 5000kg, but if coil weight comes 10T, 15T, 20T etc. it requires much higher level on decoiler’s structure and quality, durability etc. The following contents are introduction of Dongguan HAIWEI’s heavy duty decoilers.
 

Firstly, it equips with powerful main body, main shaft and mandrel, limit arm, tailstock arm, press arm, auto coil car etc. Secondly, it’s also powerful and durable of machine’s inner structure as follows: For decoiler’s mandrel part: It equips with larger diameter main shaft and hydraulic slide expansion block device. It adopts tine bronze slide blocks which has perfect wear resistance, moreover, It adopts bigger angle corner type slide block jacket (refer to the following image).

 

                              

 

 

 

For hydraulic tailstock arm device. It was driven by hydraulic tailstock arm device and hold mandrel’s end, enhancing the decoiler has large loading capacity.

 

 

Powerful limit arm device. It can equip with single limit arm device and double limit arm device, for less than 6mm thickness and normal low carbon steel, GI etc. it’s ok of equipping single limit arm device (refer to the above image). For material of above 6mm and high tensile steel, stainless steel, it’s better to equip with double limit arm device (refer to following image).

 

          

 

Automatic loading car. It’s available of normal “V” shape loading car (refer to Picture 04) which is suitable for thin material such as less than 2mm thickness, it’s also available of roller type loading car (refer to Picture 03) which is suitable for above 4mm thickness steel coils, the roller is rotatable which is convenient to support and payoff strips head from coils.
